This program culminates in an Associate of Arts (AA) degree, which includes Guaranteed Transfer Courses and adheres to the lower-division psychology core curriculum recommended by the Colorado Department of Higher Education.

The curriculum is designed to ensure that students acquire both fundamental and applied knowledge in psychology, preparing them for seamless transfer to a four-year university. Students engage in a diverse range of courses that cover essential psychological theories, research methodologies, and practical applications, equipping them with the analytical and critical thinking skills necessary for advanced study in the field.

Trinidad State College's Psychology Program is structured to facilitate a smooth academic transition, guaranteeing that credits earned are fully transferable to four-year institutions.
